First things first, we’ll examine any droppings, look at the size and location of any holes, and explore the surrounding trees and habitat to determine the squirrel species.

2. SQUIRREL TRAPPING

We’ll set species-specific equipment around your home. More often than not, these will be placed on your roof so we can maximize the effectiveness of our results. As a result, our pricing depends on the construction of your home and how high/steep your roof is.

3. REPAIR & SEAL WORK

We’ll perform any necessary repair and seal work to protect your home over the long-run. This service includes sealing your ridge vents, soffits, dormers, and gable vents. One of our favorite exclusion products is PEST-BLOK, an extremely effective deterrent.
