Raccoons are very good at avoiding traps and changing up their habits. Due to this we use every tool in our tool box to capture them and remove them from a home.
1. INSPECTION
We begin with an inspection to properly identify that the problem is raccoons versus another critter. After finding the entry points and identifying how the raccoons are accessing the entry point we will begin the trapping and exclusion process.
2. TRAPPING
Traps are typically set directly over the entry point(s) the raccoons are using. This maximizes the chance of catching them and makes sure we are only catching the target animals.
3. Exclusion
After the raccoons are removed we begin the process of repairing the damage. This will often consist of replacing fascia and soffit, repairing a roof or siding, and removing and repairing insulation.
