1. INITIAL PEST INSPECTION

Before we get started, we’ll perform a thorough walk-through in and around your home, checking entryways and hotspots for signals of pest activity. If you have an active pest problem, we will begin to eliminate the specific pest during this initial visit.

2. INTERIOR PEST TREATMENT

We will carefully apply product into the cracks and crevices of your home, creating a protective barrier between you and any household pests commonly found throughout the Upstate New York region. This treatment varies based on your specific issue.

3. EXTERIOR PEST TREATMENT

We will then safely treat the perimeter of your home (foundation, window frames, downspouts, fascia, vents, etc.) and anywhere there is pest activity.

4. RODENT BAIT STATIONS

We can set exterior rodent control stations around your home. These stations work non-stop to help keep the mouse and rat population around your home under control. The less rodents outside, the less pressure on your home. As part of our bi-monthly service, seal work will be performed on your home to deter mice and rats from entering.

5. MINOR EXCLUSION WORK

Over time, we will perform minor exclusion work around your home. This step is important during the winter months when rodents like to make their way inside homes
